st paddy’s weekend

15th - 19th March

Because Paddy’s Day falls on a Friday this year, we’re making a long weekend of it.

In keeping with our passion for promoting the Irish arts, we’re hosting four days of live music featuring four Irish artists - with at least two gigs per day! Our Paddy’s Day menu will be available for the duration, featuring five Irish Whiskey cocktails and food specials. Plus, on March 17th, we’ll be giving away our famed lamb stew, and donating $1 per cocktail sold to The Irish Arts Centre.

Let the celebrations begin.

  • Irish Pubs - How they took over the World

From their beginnings in Ireland as rural grocers and grogs to the Victorian bars of Dublin and Belfast, the Irish pub has evolved from country pubs to being exported to every corner of the world.

Join Irish Pub fanatic and Lost Irish, Irish Whiskey Founder Tim Herlihy to hear story of how the Irish pub grew to become the world’s favorite watering hole, his journeys to the World's most far flung and must-visit Irish Pubs, what makes an authentic Irish pub plus much, much more.

  • BEOGA

Formed in County Kerry in 2002, Beoga have shown that Irish traditional music can take fresh new directions. Constantly evolving, the quintet collaborated with Ed Sheeran on two songs - ‘Galway Girl’ and ‘Nancy Mulligan’ - which have been streamed over a billion times on Spotify alone.

Their creative connection continued with some huge outdoor shows, including an unforgettable once-in-a-lifetime moment when they joined Sheeran during his headline set at Glastonbury.

  • The Dead Rabbit Sunday Seisiún Band

A Water St staple since 2013, our house band provide the soundtrack to our famed Sunday service.

For Paddy’s Weekend, they’re joining us for two double sessions, on March 17th and March 19th. We’ve Katie Linnane and Liz Hanley on the fiddles, Alan Murray on guitar, John Morrow on the banjo, and Shane O’Sullivan on the bodhran. Traditional Irish Seisiúns, as good as they come.
