New York City’s The Dead Rabbit Named the Best Bar in the World
Four New York City bars made the top 10, and eight bars were on the overall list
New York City’s The Dead Rabbit was named the best bar in the world, taking the No. 1 slot for the first time after earning second place for two consecutive years. The Dead Rabbit was among four New York City bars in the top 10 (the other were NoMad Bar, Attaboy, and Employees Only) and eight on the overall list.
Representatives from some of the best bars in the world, renowned industry figures, and celebrity supporters gathered at Christ Church Spitalfields in London on Oct. 6, for the eighth year of The World’s 50 Best Bar Awards. The awards are the product of a survey produced by Drinks International, “the leading magazine for the global drinks industry,” according to a release.
Though London earned the most awards for a single city (nine bars on the list), the U.S. as a whole had 14 bars on the list.
